Guinea Station Farms
Goat Sales Agreement & Terms of Purchase

Please read the following terms carefully.

By selecting “I Accept,” you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Transportation
The buyer agrees to provide safe, species-appropriate transportation for the goat(s). Acceptable methods include:

  • A ventilated livestock trailer

  • A secured crate/kennel inside an enclosed vehicle

  • A hard-sided crate in a truck bed, properly secured and shaded

Unsafe transport methods (e.g., soft-sided covers, unventilated spaces, loose goats in a truck bed, or inadequate containment) will result in cancellation of pickup.

2. Pickup Timing
The buyer agrees to pick up the goat(s) within the agreed pickup window. Last-minute rescheduling may result in a holding fee of $5 per day or cancellation at the seller’s discretion.

3. Housing and Fencing
The buyer confirms they have secure fencing suitable for goats (e.g., field fence, goat panels, or electric netting) and shelter that provides protection from wind, rain, and sun. Goats will not be tethered as their primary means of containment.

4. Nutrition and Feed
The buyer agrees to provide the following:

  • High-quality hay

  • Fresh, clean water at all times

  • Tucker Milling Goat Feed or another balanced, goat-specific feed

  • Free-choice loose minerals formulated for goats (not block salt or sheep minerals)

5. Right to Refuse Transfer
If the seller determines the buyer’s transportation or preparation is unsafe or inappropriate, the seller reserves the right to refuse release of the goat(s) until proper arrangements are made.

6. Animal Welfare Commitment
The buyer agrees to provide proper care for the goat(s) at all times, including routine health maintenance, deworming as needed, and access to veterinary care. Any serious health issues or concerns after pickup must be promptly communicated to the seller for guidance or support.

7. No Return / Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. The seller guarantees the goat(s) are in good health to the best of their knowledge at the time of transfer. No refunds or returns will be offered once the goat(s) leave the property. If at any time the buyer is unable to care for the goat(s), they agree to contact Guinea Station Farms. At the seller’s discretion, and depending on available space, the seller may retake ownership of the goat(s) at no cost to the buyer.

8. Dairy Purpose Only
All goats from Guinea Station Farms are bred as dairy goats and are not sold for meat. We carefully select our mating goats for strong milk lines, friendly temperaments, beautiful coats and most of all healthy genes. They are meant to be valued as part of a dairy herd or just one of the family.

By clicking the button below, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions listed above. This acceptance serves as a legally binding agreement between the buyer and Guinea Station Farms regarding the purchase and care of the goat(s).
